• Name of Contact on our arrival. Please nominate a person to meet us on our arrival to arrange setup details and placement this is very important as a delay in our set up start time means a delay in our service to you.
• Full name and address and phone number for contact, invoicing and billing
• Full name and address for the event if different please provide a google map link as some remote locations are not easy to locate on a sat nav
• Number of guests
• Date and time you wish to dine
  Please be aware that a hog roast can take in excess of 8 hours to cook so we would need access to the venue at least 8 hours prior to service again please nominate a person for us to meet on our arrival
• Menu choice
• Side order choice
• Dessert choice
• Cutlery upgrade Yes/No
• Also please include any extras you may wish to have I.E. Beer Keg and cooler tap hire, Coffee machine, Music System and we will do our best to accommodate your needs..
