Based on the already popular "bullet" smokers, such as the Weber Smokey Mountain™ , Brinkmann Smoke'n Grill, we've added loads more features without making them too expensive. With a ProQ water smoker/ BBQ you can either grill, roast or smoke food and when used for roasting or smoking, need little or no attention, these units are so economical, they will run for up to 8 hours on a single load of charcoal briquettes.
