Just a sample of what Absolute BBQ can provide. We spit roast whole pigs, boar, lamb, on site using a traditional wood fired spit roaster equipment. A pig roast is a great way to feed a large party of people ideal for weddings, birthdays, group holiday parties

The Whole Hog Spit Roast

The hog roast is an impressive site when cooking, golden brown and covered in crackling giving visual impact coupled with delicious aromas and atmosphere . A whole pig takes approx. 8-12 hours to roast. When the buffet is ready to serve a suitably attired chef begins carving or pulling the pork ready to be served with an accompaniment of apple sauce in chafing dishes and presented for your guests to dive in.

Menu 1 : €750
Spit roast whole pig bread rolls, apple sauce stuffing. Disposable napkins, cutlery and plates. feeds 80-100 people

Menu 2 : €900
Everything from menu 1 plus mixed leaf salad, coleslaw and potato salad.
