The Whole Hog Spit Roast

The hog roast is an impressive site when cooking, golden brown and covered in crackling giving visual impact coupled with delicious aromas and atmosphere . A whole pig takes approx. 5-8 hours to roast. When the buffet is ready to serve a suitably attired chef begins carving with all the ceremony it requires. The pork to be served with an accompaniment of apple sauce, Carved, served on to trays and presented for individual portioning as you wish.

Cost

Menu 1 : €750
Spit roast whole pig bread rolls, apple sauce stuffing. Disposable napkins, cutlery and plates.

Menu 2 : €900
Everything from menu 1 plus mixed leaf salad, coleslaw and potato salad.
